Dark and warming, Chimay Blue unfolds notes of caramel, mocha and candied fruit. The 75 cl bottle is also known as Grande Réserve. Its character develops with ageing: a beer to try young and revisit over time.

Craft and tradition
Brewing
Top fermentation followed by bottle conditioning. Water comes from wells at the abbey; bottling takes place in Baileux.
Available formats: 33 cl, 75 cl, 1.5 l, 3 l, 6 l and draught. The barrel-aged Grande Réserve is a separate beer.
