Brewed as a table beer since the brewery reopened in 1947, it was long reserved for the monks and their guests. It has been sold at Poteaupré since 2013 and in shops since 2015. Light sweetness, balanced bitterness and a lingering spicy finish.

Top-fermented at Scourmont Abbey. Bottling takes place at Baileux, with sugar and yeast added for bottle conditioning.
