Top-fermented at Scourmont Abbey. Bottling takes place at Baileux, with sugar and yeast added for bottle conditioning.
First brewed in 2012 to celebrate the brewery’s 150th anniversary.

What does Chimay 150 mean?
The number marks the brewery’s 150th anniversary: the beer was created in 2012 for that occasion. Initially a limited edition, it joined the permanent range in 2021, according to Chimay’s published history.
Stronger than Jaune and Triple
Among Chimay’s blonde beers, Jaune is 6.5% ABV, Triple 8% and Verte 10%. A similar beer colour does not mean that the alcohol content is the same.
