La Chatte is the original blond ale from Brasserie des Tchèts. Its golden colour has subtle amber hints, while delicate floral aromas meet a distinctly bitter edge. Unfiltered and unpasteurised, this 6% beer has a forthright, refreshing character. Its name refers to the “tchèts”, the nickname of the people of Neuvillers, where the project began before the brewery moved to Flohimont.

La Chatte blond is unfiltered and unpasteurised. Developing its balance of floral character and bitterness took two years of experimentation and eighteen trial brews.
