La Pa La One is Brasserie de Metzert’s original blond ale. Golden and lightly hazy, this 5.5% beer has a distinctive citrus aroma. Its black-and-blue label belongs to a range of playfully named beers created by childhood friends Simon and Jérémy.

Craft and tradition
Recipe and brewing
The earliest La Pa beers were brewed in Breuvanne. Since January 2018, Simon and Jérémy have brewed in their own facilities in the centre of Metzert. Their approach focuses on local trade and using Belgian products wherever possible.
La One is the blond ale in the La Pa range, distinct from the amber Gaille, the dark Soir and the Lourde lager.
