La Pa La One is the original blond ale from Brasserie de Metzert. At 5.5% ABV, it puts citrus aromas at the centre of a characterful golden beer. Behind its black-and-blue label are two childhood friends, Simon and Jérémy. Their first brewing experiments began in 2013, followed by a commercial launch in May 2015. Initially produced in Breuvanne, La Pa moved to their own Metzert brewery in January 2018. La One leads a range of beers with equally playful names.

Craft and tradition

Brewing

The earliest La Pa beers were brewed in Breuvanne. Since January 2018, Simon and Jérémy have brewed in their own facilities in the centre of Metzert. Their approach focuses on local trade and using Belgian products wherever possible.

La One is the blond ale in the La Pa range, distinct from the amber Gaille, the dark Soir and the Lourde lager.
