First brewed in May 2000, La Rulles Blonde began the brewery’s adventure. It combines a biscuity malt base with herbal and citrus freshness. American hops and balanced bitterness give it an assertive character rooted in Gaume.

Appearance
Golden blond with a generous white head.

Craft and tradition

Brewing

Fermentation in open tanks, followed by bottle conditioning. The Blonde is brewed with American hops. Bitterness: 30 EBU; colour: 9 EBC.

Available in 75 cl bottles and 20 l kegs.
